On my logo I have est. 1968. That's the year I was born. I tell people that I was born to do this.

Born in Midland, TX  raised there most of my life.  I learned to cook from my mother and grandmother.  My father showed me how the BBQ when I was about 30.  His words to me were, "Son if you ever get this down you'll never be broke."  So here I am,  chasing a dream to become the provider of the best BBQ in San Diego County and beyond.  I'm not interested in being the biggest just the best.  My mother and grandmother have both passed away but they are very present in my cooking.
