Chef Han worked as executive chef at the Consulate General of China in San Francisco. We has grown in reputation by preparing food for some of the most distinguished men and women of the world. The distinguished guests he has cooked for and served include President, Vice President and Foreign Ministers of the People's Republic of China.Chef Han prepared exceptional cuisine for the Szechuan Food Festival at the Pacific Club in Hong Kong and Hotel Shilla, one of the leading hotels of the world, in Seoul, Korea. Chef Han and his restaurant have earned national acclaim for his fusion of Chinese cooking.
