History

Established in 1995.

We have always specialized in serving Cantonese and Chinese cuisine. Our traditionally trained chefs create some of southern California's best dim sum and seafood dishes. Capital's original location is located in the heart of "New Chinatown", Monterey Park and has been there for over 10 years. Capital also has a sister location in Irvine located at the cross streets of Jamboree and Alton.
