Rockin' Delicious Reimagined Mexican Food! And we've just moved into our new space just across the main market hall! Tacos like no other- housemade duck confit, fresh Dungeness crab, grilled prawn, mahi mahi & salmon. All crafted in our from-scratch kitchen, always 100% gluten-free and served on Earth friendly packaging . We take ingredients from many cultures and create exciting flavor combinations. C CASA's menu includes breakfast plates and tacos, fresh salads, quesdaillas, wood roasted chickens and grilled dishes, gluten-free pastries and desserts as well as our Reimagined Tacos! Everything is crafted in house and made to order. We serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day. Our promise: craft food that is delicious, nutritious and addictive!

History

Established in 2010.

C CASA Taqueria was founded in Napa's Oxbow Public Market in 2010. We specialize in Reimagined Mexican cuisine, always crafted in our from-scratch kitchen. Our food is healthful and our ingredients and packaging are sustainably sourced. We offer a modern, casual approach to tacos, salads, quesadillas and wood roasted rotisserie meats, and we hand-make our tortillas from USA grown, non-GMO, organic corn. We have several Vegetarian and Vegan offerings, all of our food is 100% Gluten Free and, oh by the way, ROCKIN' DELICIOUS! We have moved across the main market hall into a new space in the Northwest corner of the main building- please come visit! There is indoor/outdoor common market seating available for Taqueria customers.

For years I dreamt of opening a Taqueria that would serve the healthy and fresh food that I enjoyed duringmy many trips to the beaches of Baja. A fish taco made from freshly caught fish is a life-changing experience!  The cornerstone of our menu is a range of reimagined tacos, which include Ground Buffalo, Spiced Lamb and Grilled Garlic Citrus Prawns. Our handmade, non-GMO white corn tortillas are the foundation, piled high with fresh, wholesome ingredients and dressed with housemade sauces.
