Brix is designed to take full advantage of its 16 prime Napa Valley acres of gardens and vineyards with spectacular views of the Mayacamas mountains. The daily-changing, farm-to-table menu at Brix draws inspiration from the restaurant's extensive gardens and traditions of the winemaking regions of Southern France and Northern Italy. Established in 1996.

Dating back to March of 1996, Brix Restaurant & Gardens is an exciting, contemporary Napa Valley gathering place which calls to mind a modern urban farmhouse with fresh, delicious menus drawing from the restaurant's surrounding vegetable gardens, orchards and lush vineyards.
