The Brick House is a semi-casual full service Italian American restaurant. We also provide full service catering as well as small pickup catering. Our full bar is equipped with 5 flat screen displays for sports, entertainment, and live music is performed every Friday & Saturday night without a cover charge. A covered/heated patio is also available seasonally.

History

Established in 2007.

The Cassella Brothers (Franco & Geno) opened The Brick House in November of 2007. Coming from a family lineage of Restaurant/Bar owners the brothers strive to keep the independent feel alive. Not a day goes by where a family member is working the bar and/or in the kitchen making sure everything served is as high quality as it gets. Knowing this is what keeps guests coming back time and time again.

Franco Cassella operates the bar and does the books.  His ability to own and operate a restaurant only come from the support of his wife and child (Amy & Jake) whose unconditional support allows them to endure the time it takes away from his family.Geno Cassella operates the Kitchen and Front of the house Employees.  He maintains the same support of his wife and kids (Jenifer, Gianna & Anthony)The parents (Papa & Julie Cassella) who owned and opperated two night clubs in the 80's & early 90's volunteer their time and counsel as much as possible to make sure the brothers can maintain as as much of a work life balance as possible.
