Established in 2009.

Established in 2009 One of those dream-become-reality stories. Jeff and I were considering putting another Great Harvest Bread Co. on the Figarden Loop but were inspired by a breakfast-house dream I had while watching our son play baseball at the University of Arizona. We shared the concept with the property owner and the vision morphed into this little Batter Up Pancakes. With our grandson as our logo, our daughter's gift of hospitality, our son's baseball acuity and Jeff's pancake recipes, it is definitely a family affair
