Bacari W. Adams is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the original restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Offering a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers from around the world, we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special. Our team provides warm hospitality in our comfortable, intimate dining room marked by a wine bottle ceiling and chalkboard menus. We are open for dinner nightly at 5pm, and Saturday & Sunday brunch at 10:30am. We welcome but do not require reservations -- we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Located near downtown, USC, University Park, Koreatown, West Adams, the Arts District, and Silverlake, Bacaro LA is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

History

Established in 2008.

Bacari W. Adams was founded in 2008 (as Bacaro LA) by two USC grads, Daniel Kronfli ('05) and Robert Kronfli ('11). Bacari W. Adams is near downtown, USC, Koreatown, Silverlake, Los Feliz, and The Staples Center / Convention Center. Also a quick ride from the airport! The Executive Chef is Lior Hillel. Originally from Israel, he started cooking at the age of 13. His latest position was at Jean Georges, a 3-Michelin star restaurant in New York City.
