Family Style Southern BBQ Restaurant located in San Francisco started by two guys who love barbeque. We come from families who had barbecue and soul food restaurants so we learned a thing or two from them growing up. Our barbeque style is "hybrid", serving items such as Memphis style ribs, to North Carolina style sauce and Mexican Tiger Prawns.

History

Established in 2004.

With the help of Jimmy Peterson & Robbie Bowman, we opened Baby Blues in October, 2004. The reason was simple. Bring good barbeque to people who are looking for it. So we scratched our heads, drank som Jack, and put our best recipes on the table. After playing around with the styles of cooking & the methods with which to do it, we came up with a system we felt pretty happy with. We then searched for the best quality ribs we could find, the freshest produce on the market and a team of people who truly care about what they do. And that's how we're striving for perfection. Hopefully it shows!

I'm just a guy who loves barbeque! That is first & foremost. I have been fortunate enough to come from families who had barbeque and soul food restaurants, so I learned a thing or two growing up. And I also appreciate quality & uniqueness, so that too makes its way on to our menu at Baby Blues BBQ.
