Liege Waffles - dough-based, yeast risen, enriched with Belgian Pearl sugar, like a good pizza these waffles need to rise, proof, and ferment taking about 36 hours to do so.. We are not a traditional American Breakfast - our menu is limited to this particular recipe operating on a food cart; not a restaurant though we do offer outdoor seating. Sweet & Savory waffle toppings.. Drink Menu consists of Hand-Shaken Lemonades (variety of flavors), coffee + tea (no espresso bar) **Please Note: We are completely outdoors so pets are welcomed but dress accordingly for the weather that day! In Case of Severe Weather, we may be only available for take-out.

History

Established in 2018.

Formerly know as wow wow waffle. Started that in 2011 but in 2013 my partner changed his focus to wow wow lemonade off the mainland. We kept selling Waffles and lemonade in San Diego and in 2018 decided to let go of the lemonade and rebrand with a full focus on the Liege Waffles. In this case, less is more. Less lemonade focus / more waffle offerings.

Been selling things since third grade. From baseball cards to haw flakes, to comic books, and spawn toys. That was just elementary... then started a clothing company and sold tee shirts and art from LA to Japan. After that season traveled the world as a missionary for about seven years then settled down and started baking Liege Waffles in my print studio. From there, I dragged my wife to help me with the farmers markets and wow wow waffle San Diego was birthed back in 2012. After a seven year stint of running that with my partner (wow wow lemonade) we decided to part ways after losing my sister and moving to the mountains. We are excited to run the waffle shop in this new season as we brand things better as atypical as possible. Cheers & Godspeed!
