We are one of the last old-fashioned pastry shops in the area - for over 40 years we have created sweet delicacies and heavenly cakes for elegant weddings, anniversaries and special occasions!

History

Established in 1969.

For 40 years this old-fashioned pasty shop has been located on the same spot. Alpine's owner was trained and certified in Switzerland. He journeyed through England, Canada and parts of the United States until he settled in California. He met his wife in Geneva, Switzerland. She also was trained and certified in a Swiss pastry shop. Both settled in Concord in 1985. With 10 years of working experience at Alpine, the purchase of this delightful Pastry shop was decided in 1995. Alpine is one of the last real pastry shops in the area and we are proud to continue this tradition!

Ernst was trained and certified in Switzerland. He journeyed through England, Canada and parts of the United States until he settled in California. He met Gabriela in Geneva, Switzerland. She also was trained and certified in a Swiss pastry shop. Both settled in Concord in 1985. With 10 years of working experience at Alpine, the purchase of this delightful Pastry shop was decided in 1995. They both are working-owners to this date.
