We opened our doors in August 2013, bringing original recipes passed down by our grandparents to the Anaheim community. Business Owner

Nidal and Suher, a passionate husband and wife team with three boys, are the driving force behind Anaheim's beloved Mediterranean hotspot, Aleppo's Kitchen. Originally from Aleppo, Syria, they fled the civil war in 2012 and brought their love for authentic, fresh, and wholesome cuisine to the United States. With a dedication to community and creating a welcoming environment, Nidal and Suher hand-built a restaurant that embodies the warmth and hospitality of their culture. The menu is filled with original recipes and techniques passed down by their grandparents, using only the highest-quality and freshest ingredients to ensure a taste of their homeland with every bite.
