Casual waterfront dining at one of the Wharf's original restaurants. Known locally for our calamari (squid) dishes, Abalonetti features a complete seafood menu plus steaks, hand made pizza and Monterey's only antipasto bar. Cold draft beers, wines by the glass and a full bar with cocktail menu.

History

Established in 1951.

Started by two local Sicilian families, favorite dishes have remained unchanged on the menu for decades. Check out the "Marty Special" invented by one of the founders, Marty Lugori. Flash fried calamari filets on top of fried eggplant, topped with our own Sicilian marinara.
