Established in 2012.

Chef Christian Royere opened his French American Restaurant in 2012. Both Babette, his wife, and he owned their catering company in 1997 and still caters parties, while running the restaurant during dinner hours.

Business Owner

Christian Royere is a native of Aix en Provence, France and developed a love affair with food at an early age, working the kitchen with his first mentor: his mother. Upon completion of culinary school, he apprenticed under several well-known chefs in the south of France before moving to the United States in 1986, working in several Los Angeles area restaurants such as Le Marmiton, Bistro Garden and Ma Maison.
