A family owned and operated restaurant, we are known for serving incredible, innovative Mexican food in an authentic, colorful atmosphere. History

Established in 1990.

Rancho de Tia Rosa is the best Mexican Food in the East Valley, and possibly the whole Valley of the Sun. What started out as a small taco stand and a dream, has turned into a first-class, family-owned restaurant that continues to amaze. In 2010 we expanded with this location.

Best breakfast burritos. Restaurant opens at 10 AM. Why so late? Restaurant is very clean and the staff is very polite. Has a great menu.
