Mariposa - Latin Inspired Grill is designed for the ultimate customer experience. The views from the patios and dining rooms could be the finest world wide. The cuisine is Latin-Inspired, primarily from Chef Dahl's interactions with chefs in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Chef Lisa Dahl and her team focus on premium ingredients and many of the herbs are grown in our courtyard herb gardens. All meats and seafoods come from the very best sources. For years Lisa has insisted on all organic vegetables from Arizona. The restaurant is equipped with QSC speakers and particular attention has been paid to acoustics in the dining rooms and the bar. There isn't a bad seat in the restaurant. DRESS CODE Mariposa is fine dining and for special occasions. We uphold our dress code at our discretion. We do not accept: Baseball / Hiking Caps Tank tops, cut-offs or short shorts Thongs or flip-flops Sports branded sports wear

Established in 2015.

Growing up I was used to great steaks, salads, potatoes--Now I take those staples and add salsa criolla, chimichurri, guacamole--the flavors from Latin American countries. It's a fusion of elements from Mexico to Argentina with touches of Cuba, Chile and Peru. This will be earthy food interpreted as the most vibrant, fresh cuisine. It's real food. Chef Lisa Dahl, acclaimed author, restaurateur, and philanthropist lives in the gorgeous red rock country of Sedona, Arizona. Her endless energy and joy for food and stunningly decorated restaurants is found in three stunning, award winning eateries; Dahl & DiLuca Ristorante Italiano and Cucina Rustica and Pisa Lisa. Her newest Sedona endeavor, Mariposa - Latin Inspired Grill, which is a fusion of elements from Mexico to Argentina with touches from Uruguay, Chile, Cuba and Peru thrown in.
