Our recipes are based on the learnings of an Oaxacan culinary school graduate and twice nominated James Beard Award chef. Our mission is to provide a natural, artisan Mexican culinary experience with deep flavor, texture, and color - all in a chic, cozy space where everyone can be the best version of ourselves. History

Established in 1994.

Since then, Los Sombreros has brought the soul of San Miguel de Allende to the Sonoran Desert in Scottsdale, Arizona. We prepare authentic recipes in a rustic, Mexican cantina-style house with one of the best patios in town.
