Established in 2020.

"Kaizen" is the Japanese concept of continuous change and improvement. We have adopted this ethos and apply it respectfully in our approach to meticulously crafted, chef-driven sushi and omakase dishes. We feel that a great sushi experience is all about the finest ingredients, a detailed dedication to the craft, and an understanding of how food can reach across cultures to unite us.
