Bunch all day using locally sourced products when possible. Local Press coffee, free wifi, lots of dairy-free, vegan items. 100% gluten-free, but no one can ever tell!

History

Established in 2011.

We are a family owned business that bloomed out of necessity when our daughter, Sophia, became extremely ill at the age of nine. With further investigation and many doctor visits we determined that she has celiac disease. Always having a love of baking I was determined to find the trick to make delicious gluten free fare that was not dry or frozen and processed. Two years later and here we are with a bakery and cafe to offer a nutritious and fresh alternative to everyone.
