Established in 2012.

The idea was to create a tasty and healthy, fast casual eatery . After graduating as a classicly trained frensh chef, chef Eddie went and worked at the finest restaurant around the country. With the 1st hummus shop ever to opening in AZ with plans to open 10 more by 2018.and with the help of few friends we were able to open our in 10/1/2012.went on and won the Best Of Phoenix award in 2013 as best Mediterranean restaurant awarded by the Phoenix new times.
