In addition to the dishes you've come to know and love, we prepare traditional and gourmet Mexican food. History

Established in 2002.

Guadalajara Grill was opening in Tucson August 9, 2002 by Seth and his wife. From one location moved to another and opened on the Tucson's eastside. It's an inspiration of central Mexican food and nearby coastal seafood with an emphasis on styling's of the city of Guadalajara, Mexico.
