History

Established in 1996.

Located in a 19th Century warehouse that was once home to the Pacific Creamery, Four Peaks Brewery also seems to exude that same charm of an earlier time. Little has been done to alter the look of this Mission Revival style building, and it shows. For more than 15 years, Four Peaks has cultivated quite a following for both beer enthusiasts and folks who crave something a little different from what a traditional chain restaurant has to offer.

Born in the tumultuous mid 1970's on the mean streets of Baltimore, MD, Steve Lynch battled his way through the crab cake-laced backwoods of the Mid-Atlantic to find himself in Tempe.  Little is known of his childhood save for some rumors and legends of how he once vanquished a class level 3 yugolith to a hoary netherworld with one shake of his 12-sided die at the tender age of 10.  Upon arriving at Four Peaks in 1998 he was quickly promoted from line cook to lead and his prowess with the "all call" button on server paging system made it apparent he was managerial material.  Since that day, Steve has been an integral part of the cog system that is The Four Peaks Brewing Company and looks forward to many more years of dedicated service.
