Flo's was founded by Florence Chan in 1997. Flo serves contemporary and traditional Chinese food as well as Asian specialties. Flo's restaurant has served the Phoenix communities for 20 years. There are currently 3 valley locations - 2 locations in Scottsdale and 1 in Tempe, Arizona.
