At Crust Simply Italian we have been serving simple yet authentic Italian food for over 15-years. Our customers tell us our salads, pizza, pasta, and specialty items take them back to their own family gatherings and celebrations. Generous portions served with care and a smile. Michael spent his childhood learning and perfecting his family's Italian recipes until it was time to join the family business.  Francesca's, the family's pizzeria on Long Island, is where Michael's father created Pizza Rustica in celebration of the Pizzetta from back home.  The Pizza Rustica stands as the cornerstone of the menu for Crust Simply Italian when the first restaurant opened in 2007.The combination of growing up and learning the Italian culinary traditions, making mealtime family time, and working tirelessly in his family's pizzeria have all culminated into the inspiration to create Crust Simply Italian.  A neighborhood gathering place where his family could share the culinary traditions of Italy, his family, Long Island, and his own passion for cooking and serving others.  Crust Simply Italian is a gathering place where the community can come and be nourished, both body and soul, and reconnect with the ones you love.
