We start with only the freshest ingredients to stir fry delicious melodies of tastes and colors that are sure to delight the senses. Renowned Executive Chef Jacob Liu learned the art of flavor and food design from his grandmother and brings with him the tradition of his ancestors, combined it with traditional and new techniques to create his own style of Chinese cuisine. We have a unique taste that must be experienced, you'll return again and again and find something new with every visit.

Established in 2015.

My name is Patrick Lee, and I used to deliver Chinese food in Surprise for many years, while saving to someday open my own restaurant. That day is here, and I opened Chef Panda, Surprise!
