Enjoy renowned flavorful good food, next level craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and attentive friendly service! Our kitchen is open from 5 to 9PM and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and a great time, usually with our favorite locals, from 9:00 until 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Established in 1993.

We have become successful through hard work and a dedication to sustainable and delicious food. We are proud to be an integral part of the Bisbee community for these past 30 years: providing jobs, a unique venue for special events, and helping support numerous community organizations.

Business Owner

Chef Rod Kass came to Bisbee in 1990 for a visit and found himself immediately at home. Kass and his wife/partner Sally Holcomb opened Café Roka in 1993 and it has all the markings of a Bisbee original. From Kass' passion for quality, locally sourced ingredients to the historic building's art deco ambiance, a dinner at Café Roka is an experience to remember.
