History

Established in 1993.

Way back in 1976, Ed Wojciak wandered west from New Jersey. Upon meeting his future wife Brandy, the two teamed up to open a small cafe on the south side of Flagstaff. Years went by and Brandy expanded the business to include catering. In 1993, an opportunity arose to open a second restaurant. Ed and Brandy decided to forgo the catering aspect of their business and devote their efforts into a new venture, Brandy's Restaurant and Bakery. The new restaurant would feature an expanded breakfast and lunch menus and a full - from scratch - bakery and espresso bar. Ed and Brandy eventually sold the south side cafe in 2005 to allow Brandy's to become the focus of all their energy. In 2014, Brandy and Ed retired and sold their restaurant to Kelsey and Jamie Drayton. Kelsey grew up close friends of the Wojciaks' two sons and worked at the restaurant through high school and college, and later served as Brandy's GM before purchasing the restaurant.

When Ed & Brandy retired in 2014 it was only natural for close friend of the family and Brandy's Restaurant GM Kelsey Drayton and his wife Jamie to take the reins.Kelsey began working at Brandy's at age 15 and diligently worked through his promotions to become a server. After eight years of serving, Kelsey moved to Los Angeles where he gained further experience in serving, bartending, training, supervising, finance, and business management.   In 2011 Kelsey returned to Flagstaff as the General Manager of Brandy's.  He has extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of Brandy's operations and finances, and has been running the day-to-day operations for the past three years and counting. Jamie has diverse work background with the bulk of her experience in business administration and communication, as well as ample time in the service industry. Jamie brings extensive knowledge of managing and marketing with a well-rounded view of the restaurant industry.
