Inspired by a love for food and a love for their dog, Biff, Turney and Keri Postlewait decided to turn their passions into a business venture in 1995. Since its opening over two decades ago, Biff's Bagels has been filling up Flagstaff with traditional New York-style breakfast and lunch bagels, refreshing coffee, and a variety of treats. Sourcing the finest ingredients, we make our menu items from scratch to ensure you get the best out of your meal. In addition to our love for bagels, we have a love for nature and for animals that shines through in our community involvement.

History

Established in 1995.

Back in 1995 in Prescott, Arizona, Biff's Bagels was founded by Turney and Keri Postlewait in the name of their beloved dog, Biff. After attending Prescott College, Keri and Turney desired to stay in the area, continue exploring Northern Arizona's natural landscape, and to build a future in the place they now called home. Starting a family run business enabled them to do all that and more. In addition to their love of nature and bagels, their love of animals, and one dog in particular, became the foundation of their new venture. Although Biff passed away in 1995, he is the soul of the company and has a proud place of honor in the shop. Over the years Biff's customers have been moved by the story of Biff, and combined with the love of their own dogs, began bringing in framed photos of their canine friends. Biff's Bagels moved to Flagstaff in early 2000. Keri, Turney and their 4 dogs live there too. We look forward to seeing you at Biff's.
