With Bar Louie, no two bars are going to be exactly the same. We listen to our neighborhoods, let them shape us, not the other way around. That's what makes Bar Louie special. No corners cut, no excuses. It's not always the easiest way to do things, but it's the right way. Because if you're not going to give people something special, why bother at all? History

Established in 1991.

Bar Louie began as a local bar and tavern in Chicago back in 1991. Over the years we have grown to be the hottest Gastrobar in the nation with over 70 locations from coast to coast in 2020. Bar Louie is where great food and great drinks make for a great time.
