Master Chef Michael Leung and his wife, Susan, opened Asian Cafe Express in the summer of 2005.Born in Hong Kong & trained under the country's best Cantonese Master Chef, Michael is well known for bringing the award winning Gourmet House of Hong Kong to the Valley.  For over 45 years he continues to serve innovating as well as classic Chinese food for all to enjoy.
