History

Established in 2017.

Arizona BBQ Company has been a long time dream of Mark and Colette Nichols who are already well known in the valley for their delicious cooking and successful catering company, JC's Catering. Always wanting a "brick and mortar" restaurant, they opened up Arizona BBQ Company in Gilbert, AZ. A family fun sort of old Arizona town style restaurant with just good down to earth quality barbecue, a craft beer selection, and specialty drinks to wash it all down.

My name is Mark Nichols and my wife Colette and I are the owners of Arizona BBQ Company. It has always been our dream to own a restaurant. Today, after a lot of work and God's favor, that dream has come true! Colette and I also own JC's Catering and have been serving the valley's weddings, graduations, birthdays, office parties, and events for going on 10 years now. Catering is going to be a big part of Arizona BBQ Company too. I have been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and have worked every position from Dishwasher to Bartender, from General Manager to Executive Chef. I found my beautiful wife and soul mate, Colette, while working in a restaurant in 2003. We were officially married in 2010 and have 3 wonderful children. Colette and I both have an extreme passion and love for food, service, and for Christ. We deliver that love and passion in every meal we prepare for every customer we have the privilege to serve.
