Wasabi has been part of the Belltown community in downtown Seattle for the past 18 years. Not only a business owner, Jun is a skilled and talented sushi chef himself. The same year that Wasabi opened in 2000, he was blessed with his first child. From then on, Jun's vision for the restaurant was to serve his guests only the best quality of food that he would provide for his children and family.
