At Visible Coffee Roasters, we roast our own coffee in-house, which gives you a superlative cup whether it is a latte or single origin pour over. Mix it up a little with our seasonal specials, thoughtfully prepared by our trained baristas. You will always find locally prepared foods from Little Rae's, Macrina, La Toscanella--as well as breakfast and lunch sammies from our friends at Homegrown. Grab a gelato year round with handcrafted seasonal flavors from Gelatiamo. We serve beer, wine, hard seltzers, and ciders from our local friends.

History

Established in 2003.

The original Spotted Cow was opened in 2003 at the Thomas Lake Center on 128th St SW. In 2006, The Spotted Cow moved into the Mill Creek Town Center (its current location) on the north end of Mill Creek next to LA Fitness. Now is the time for a new era; a name change has been in the works for some time and we found one that represented our movement. You mean the world to us. Our community, our people, and our product. Coffee is a unifier that brings people together and makes something greater. Our shops are a space for you to find something, to feel something, and to know that you are seen. Nothing makes us happier than knowing we've done everything within our power to be a light and to provide a place where every person is seen, heard, and loved. Our mission is that you feel valued as your most authentic self, flaws and all. We are Visible, and we believe you are too
