At Tokyo-ya Ramen and Izakaya we aim to provide a variety of quality food at an affordable price point. We make our Tokyo-style Tonkotsu broth from scratch by simmering top line pork bones, chicken, and fresh vegetables for 12 hours. We work hard to make a unique broth different from the rest, and hope that keeps you enjoy and coming back.
