Already known for exceptional hospitality and high quality service, our chef has created a menu with a variety of selections sure to please everyone. Owner / Chef Bruce spent many years in Phoenix, Arizona working in fine dining establishments prior to moving to Washington and taking ownership of The Bistro at Windmill Gardens. With a motto of "Grand Simplicity," he lets the ingredients speak for themselves.
