Established in 2013.

It has been over a year that Downtown Seattle has been craving a top notch Churrascaria and now we are here and ready to deliver. Renowned Chef Francis Mallmann, has stated "The common language of South America is Fire". The Brazilian Steakhouse is the epitome of this comment. Our "Rodizio" the Brazilian style of dining features eighteen different cuts of meat grilled over flaming mesquite coals, lightly seasoned then delivered and carved at the table by our "Gauchos". Included in this fixed price extravaganza are endless visits to our Mesa do Frios (salad bar).
