History
Established in 1997.
Located in Federal Way, Poverty Bay Café is not just a place to enjoy delicious food; it's a beacon of community support. Originally owned and operated by the Olmstead family, this iconic eatery now supports FUSION. Dan and Alice Olmstead donated their restaurant to FUSION in a beautiful act of kindness, and we can only hope to honor their legacy and continue to serve our community as they have done for many years.
