We produce artisan Caribbean inspired food created with the freshest local ingredients available. We are well known for our slow roasted sandwiches and bodacious platos. We cater and host events for groups of any size or style. Our SoDo location has a dog friendly outdoor patio with jumbo games, fire pits, umbrellas, and music. The Tiki Lounge is all ages (featuring a full bar for our adult guests!) and can accommodate large gathers of friends, families, and colleague alike. Paseo has become home to many groups and artists like the NFL Alumni Association, Lady 12's, Seattle Soca, and Baby Ketten Karaoke. New groups are welcome to establish Paseo as their home base!

History

Established in 1994.

Founded in 1994, this business has grown out of a small storefront, to becoming a Seattle staple and widely considered one of the best sandwiches in America. Our SoDo location has created an all ages Tiki Lounge to accommodate large gathers of friends, families, and colleague alike. We have become home to many groups like the NFL Alumni Association, Lady 12's, Auburn U Alumni's. We feature live and local favorites such as Baby Ketten Karaoke, Seattle Soca, Choroloco, and Leif Totusek Freestyle Candela.

Business Owner

Ryan, a Seattleite who is a board member on the Pike Place Market Foundation, bought the restaurant with the intention of restoring it to its former glory. He worked with several employees who had been with the restaurant for more than eight years to keep serving the popular recipes that have made Paseo into the landmark it is.
