Established in 1999.
Our business was established in 1999 when Eric and Sophie Banh first opened the restaurant. After leaving Vietnam and arriving in Seattle via Canada, the Banh's opened Monsoon with Sophie as Executive Chef bringing traditional Vietnamese food with a modern touch to guests.
