We also have some great sushi, served late every day of the week! To add to that, we are open early every day for those of you that want to get some work done in a cozy environment. Established in 2005.

Liberty is a cocktail bar that serves sushi, but really - we're a classic cocktail neighborhood bar at heart, and since 2005 we've been open EVERY day until 2am. Our real focus is on our cocktails, which are always made on the spot with fresh juice, and also delicious, reasonably-priced sushi made with fish that is delivered fresh EVERY day. Liberty was opened in early 2005 with an intent in being a comfortable neighborhood bar with outstanding service, cocktails, spirits and sushi.  Seattle is happily one of the top cities in America for our bar culture and we operate every day, seven days a week and three hundred sixty-five days a year with a very simple goal which is to have some of the best cocktails, spirits and sushi, all in an environment of comfort.
