History

Established in 2007.

It was suppose to be a expansion from our ballard location but a electrical issue with the building we were in made us shut down the location, we had been there for almost four years. We have done a little back yard bbq for 15 yrs. and have done competition as well we have placed top three on every occasion we have entered. So we decided to turn it into a profession.

Hi my name is Monty and after years of autobody as well as installing elevators and getting laid off, I have teamed up with my brother on a new venture with owning and operating a bbq restaurant. Our philosophy is to make everything ourselves from the food to the construction of the place we do it all. We support local as much as we can from the beers to the artwork on the walls. Our equipment is made in America and we are proud to support everyone here in any way we can. We think of people as a part of our family so if we can support or give a good meal it's what we want to do.
