Established in 2009.

Our owners started the first Fujiyama in Clevland, Ohio in 2000, then expanded to another location in Olympia, Washington. We have now arrived in Kitsap county with our first Fujiyama location in Silverdale!

Peter is the happy husband of Amy and the proud father of three children. He is originally from China and came to the United States fourteen years ago to start his first restaurant.When Peter first visited Tokyo, Japan when he was 19 years old, he fell in love with the Japanese Hibachi style grill and cooking experience. He later returned to Japan to learn how to cook and manage this style of restaurant.He still enjoys learning new cooking experiences.
