We are a group of 65 professionals, dedicated to giving our customers an outstanding experience. We love Ford Motor Company. We are local. We are green. Our Dealer is Jim Walen. He and his wife Amy are residents of Kirkland. Ford of Kirkland was previously owned by AutoNation, a national, public company. Since acquiring the dealership in 2005, we have taken it to become the #1 selling Ford dealer in Washington (volume, 2008), and we have won the President's Award, Ford's highest award for customer satisfaction, for every year we have been in business. We believe in providing an excellent customer service experience. Our philosophy is that if we sell a large volume of Ford Motor Company products, and do a great job providing after-sale support and service, we will earn repeat and referral business.
