Diamond Knot's original brewery and alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, give the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with our nautical feel and the waterfront on which we are located.

History

Established in 1999.

Once the home of the original 300-square-foot brewery, the Brewery & Alehouse is the home to Diamond Knot's waterfront flagship known around the Seattle area as the place for signature menu items, outstanding craft beer and a lively experience second to none. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the bar, as well as the family-friendly dining area that is complemented by an ice cream and coffee bar. Diamond Knot's first kegs rolled onto taps in 1994 in Mukilteo and since then the company has been growing and contributing to local communities and families. You'll find an operating brewery on site, brewers happy to chat about what's brewing and a staff that will make sure you've had the fun we deliver on a daily basis. Watch for fun activities!
