The Crawfish Chef is a Cajun-inspired seafood restaurant founded in 2016 by Chef Henry Nguyen. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Henry created The Crawfish Chef establishment to further his passion and share his culinary creations with the world. Customers acclaim their favorite dishes such as the Seafood Fried Rice, Jumbo Chicken Wings, Po’Boy Sandwiches, and the renowned Seafood Boils topped with the House Special sauce. The Crawfish Chef is located in Kent, Puyallup, and Westlake Center, in order to ensure that the delicious foods can be experienced anywhere.
