We've been collectively kicking around the restaurant industry for a good many years and decided that we were long overdue in paying homage to the backbone of every single establishment. We are referring of course to the Cooks that toil tirelessly behind the line to provide us with the best possible plate of food that we can provide for our customers. With Cooks Tavern, we pay our ongoing & continued respect to Chefs and Cooks past and present.
