Bellevue restaurateurs, Joseph, Randi, and Cody Brazen, ensure Central's upscale atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and fun by hiring the most talented, engaging, and positive bartenders, servers, and cooks to join their team. This is the same recipe the Brazen's have used for the past 14 years at 520 Bar and Grill, their family's first restaurant, and a landmark in Old Bellevue. Central is proud to have been awarded "2018's Best New Restaurant" by 425 Magazine.

The Brazen family has aspired to create another fun place for people to enjoy life with friends and family with the opening of their second family-owned restaurant in Downtown Bellevue. Their first restaurant, 520 Bar & Grill is located on Main Street in Old Bellevue and has been a local favorite for 13 years. For the Brazens, it is about creating a place where it's all about the people, the food, and the atmosphere.
