Cascadia Grill celebrates the independent spirit, food, wine, and craft beer of the Pacific Northwest. - from our amazing Mussels and Clams to our Wild Caught Coho Salmon - to our incredible Garlic Steak and Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Kabobs - and ending with Juju's fabulous desserts (try her Brown Sugar Cream Pie!). We have 20 local beers on tap and live entertainment several nights a week. We'll see you soon:)

Jef and Julie have created a fun and unique spin on casual fine dining, providing a much needed haven for 'foodies' of the Olympic South Sound Area. Cascadia Grill is a wonderful addition to Downtown Olympia and well worth the visit!

Business Owner

Jef and Juju met while working together as servers at The Old Faithful Inn, in Yellowstone National Park in 1999 - and their love affair with food (and each other), continues to this day. They have utilized their uniquely creative abilities in creating a very special restaurant in downtown Olympia - which truly needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. They are committed to 'local' business, recycling, helping the homeless, donating to over 75 various charities, the protection of the environment, protection of all animals, and compassionate open-mindedness to all people. They have over 55 combined years of experience in the restaurant business, and have worked at some of the finest restaurants in America - from Southern California to Ohio, from New York City to Park City, UT,  from Yellowstone National Park to Olympia, WA. They value integrity and flavor above all else - and are determined to provide a new level of service to the downtown area of Olympia.
