About the Business
History
Established in 2008.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia and moved to Seattle in 2006. I could tell immediately that Seattle needed a good cheesesteak so I took my idea and set up a small food cart under an umbrella on the streets of Belltown. Soon after, I was offered to move into Belltown Billiards and began selling my cheesesteaks in the club and out the side window. From there I moved to Pioneer Square and the Rainier Square building in downtown Seattle. Today we can be found in Georgetown near Boeing and in Pacific Beach in San Diego. I am very thankful for all the support over the years and the great friends I have made from this little sandwich. Gotta love it! - Al Calozzi

Business Owner
Al Calozzi was born and raised in Philadelphia. He moved to Seattle in 2006 and brought the beloved Philly staple along with him. He started serving cheesesteaks on a small portable grill under an umbrella on the streets in Belltown and now has two brick and morter locations. This sandwich is his true passion and nothing makes him happier than seeing people enjoy his cheesesteaks!
