Owner & operator Valerie McCoy of Vancouver, WA has been in the industry for over 25 years and always dreamed to have her very own restaurant. After many years of brainstorming and research Valerie decided early 2011 that this was going to be the year she made it happen. Valerie leased a bare space and renovated from the ceilings to the floor Breakfast at Valerie's in Vancouver, WA.  Valerie opened her doors to the public on August 26, 2011 and brought Vancouver a kind of breakfast they could only imagine.
